THE 21-DAY ROOTED RECODE
Three weeks to get back in the habit of feeling strong.
The Rooted Recode is a 21-day kickstart for women who are ready to do more than ease back into movement.
For three focused weeks, you’ll strength train, walk, recover, and eat normal food with a little more intention—all designed to help you rebuild momentum and feel like someone who works out again.
COMING SOON
I’m completing the entire program myself before I release it. Join the waitlist and you’ll be the first to know when it’s ready.
21 DAYS ON PURPOSE
The kickstart is supposed to end.
Most of us can push harder for a few weeks than we want to live forever.
That’s the idea behind the Recode.
For 21 days, the structure is more focused. You’ll work out six days each week, but those aren't six hard strength workouts. The schedule mixes strength, conditioning, walking, mobility, and recovery so that you're moving consistently without asking the same thing from your body every day.
You’ll also bring a little more structure to how you eat—not by cutting out carbs or making separate “diet food,” but by paying attention to protein, produce, portions, and the meals you're already eating.
Then Day 21 ends.
You take the momentum with you. You leave the six-day schedule behind.
Work hard. Recover well. Keep moving.
You can want results without making yourself miserable.
No gym required.
The workouts are designed to be done at home with dumbbells and basic equipment.
No separate diet meals.
The food framework is designed around ordinary dinners and foods you actually enjoy.
No “earning” your food.
Exercise and eating aren't a punishment-and-reward system.
No expectation that six workout days become your normal life.
The higher-frequency schedule exists to create momentum during the Recode. It isn't the destination.
No pretending appearance doesn't matter.
It's okay to want to look stronger, leaner, or better in your clothes while also caring about what your body can do.
This is about putting in effort for 21 days—not pursuing perfection for the rest of your life.
INSIDE THE ROOTED RECODE
Everything you need for your 21-day kickstart.
BEFORE I ASK YOU TO DO IT
I’m doing all 21 days myself.
I could finish writing the workouts, package everything into a pretty PDF, and put the Recode up for sale.
I'm not going to.
Before I ask anyone else to spend 21 days following this program, I want to know what it actually feels like to follow it from beginning to end.
So I'm doing exactly that.
I'll be following the workouts, walking schedule, recovery days, and food framework myself. I'll be paying attention to what feels good, what feels unnecessarily difficult, what needs clearer instructions, and what sounded better when I wrote it than it feels when I'm actually doing it.
Then I'll make changes.
When I release the Rooted Recode, it will be the version that made it through all 21 days with me first.
Haven’t worked out in a while? Don’t wait for the Recode.
The 21-Day Recode isn't meant to be your very first workout after a long break.
If you're unsure how your body will respond to strength training right now, start with Get Moving.
It's free, takes one week, and gives you three full-body workouts with recovery days between them. You'll get moving now and have a much better idea of whether you're ready for the Recode when it launches.

Be there when the Recode begins.
I'm putting the program through its 21-day test now.
